Good Morning PV members.
I have receive a list of questions from
the members those are valid and good questions and I really want to dedicate a good time to answer those instead of just given
simple answers. I will come back later today with the proper information.
One thing that I
really want to explain is that the PV list for payouts is almost done but it requires time and work. It is not easy just
to put an SP account number and amount and pay. I have to check all the details to proceed. Once this is done
things will move faster.
I have also work on a group of members who bought only one or
up to three units and just finished those which are small investors so I can continue with the medium and big investors.
I need also to change the way I bring the funds. Right now I'm using US bank accounts and I have received
some questions from the bank regarding the amounts. This is not healthy and not the best route. I'm working in another solution
for that but every Saturday payouts are going out.
Please do not send double emails with your
PV information. It will create more confusion and will give me more work. If you already sent an email I will process and
pay you as soon as possible.
I have a very limit time to take care of all these so please
give me a chance to work and move the process. Once everything is establish it will get better.
Regarding
the PV members that are not in the other groups like PFF or PFC. You were receiving an email with the updates but that service
was discontinue by the hosting company so the updates will be post at the site until we find another way to send emails.
I will come back with the list of Q and A.

Good
evening PV members.
I'm just going to say one thing and I hope all members can understand me and what I'm doing.
My goal is to have all the payments done as soon as possible and find ways of doing it fast. It is very difficult to deal
with all this and to try to organize it. I 'know how important this money is for everybody but I also have limitations and
I work with what PV is giving me.
The PV data base is not an easy thing to handle. There are people trying to cheat
and obtain more money. There are people giving the wrong SP accounts and there are people sending the same email 4 or 5 times.
That is not going to help. I'm sorry but everything needs to be check and that takes time.
I'm doing all this for the
benefit of the members. I won't tolerate any pressure from any body. You will be paid and you will received your money.
I will have a call with the PV team tomorrow and we will see how we can move this process faster. I know that they
are trying to recover but I also know that it will require some time.
Payments will resume this weekend.

Good afternoon PV
members.
I just wanted to report the latest information from PV. I had a conference call
with the PV group last Monday and there are some issues that are been workout at this point and that are very important to
have into consideration.
Before I continue I want to have something very clear:
1- I'm not the person responsible for PV or for their trading company.
2- I have been following this process
because I care for my members and not because I have to.
3- Every person needs to be responsible for their investments
and financial problems. I can't carry with that load and I think that we are all adults and we know by now how to
treat this type of investments.
4- You should invest the funds that you can afford to loose and you shouldn't
use funds that you may need for you different household responsibilities. Once again you are the person responsible for you
financial situation and not me. I understand the different types of situations and problems each member is facing and I will
try to help if I can.
5- PV is trying to work things out as fast as they can but this will take time. You
will not loose your funds. I will still monitor their performance and I will make sure the payments will be done.
6- Sending me threats by email won't do any good.
7- I can not keep been the intermediary for the
payments from PV. I'm having a lot of problems with the US banks and I won't continue with this situation. PV will create
a way to deliver the funds to each member.
PV has file a legal suit against Mr. Cardona
who was the person responsible for all this mess and that process will start next week. PV as a company/group will have
a full audit as part of that legal process. They will keep trading and they are very confident that this process
will benefit the members. It will make things slow but it will improve once everything is done.
I
will give another update next Saturday after another call to answer some questions and to give a better idea
about the payments.

Good Morning PV members.
I received yesterday a small note from the
PV group informing me that the audit should be completed at the end of next week and payouts will resume 12-20-09. They will
complete the list of the members that haven't receive any money and then the cycle will start again.
They are working
on a merchant account with SP so they can start doing the payouts by them self's. I will be involve until this is set up is
complete and then I will just keep an eye on the process. My involvement will be limited after merchant account is set and
running.
The only thing I can say is that I'm 100% sure that the PV group will pay what they owe to the members. How
long is going to take I don't know but none of you will loose any money.

I just wanted to inform that the PV audit is completed. Payouts should resume next week and I'm hoping to see more movement
from them. I have a conference call tomorrow 12-21-09 with the PV group. If I have more info I will post the update.

evening PV members.
I just wanted to inform that the PV audit was completed. The legal process against
Cardona just started and will take the usual course. I won't give more info on that today. I'm out of town and my netbook
is not working well. Anyway I do want to inform a couple of things:
1- PV will pay every investor
all the money and they are trading as fast as they can to recover. It is not easy and they don't have an specific date.They
will pay.
2- Payouts will be done every saturday and first they will finish with the members
that haven't receive anything and then they will continue with the rest and on.
I want the members
to have something very clear. They will pay and I will make sure that will happen. They are not going away or running.
I wish I could give a better report and I will but right now my hands are full with PFF and PFC and
I need to split the time with them too.
Please understand that is not easy and I know how frustated
all of you are right now but we will continue and people will get their investment. The morewe advance the faster the process
will get.
I won't be given more updates unless there is something to inform. I will concentrate
in payouts.

Good Morning PV members.
I just wanted to inform that PV will start the payouts next week. I
know that I said that before but they had delays due to the banking structure from SP and we all know about that because they
sent us emails with that information.
The goal is to pay first the members that haven't received any funds and then
the cycle will start again. I'm not going to be in charge of that process but I will keep an eye on PV and the payouts. I'm
sorry but they need to step out to the plate and do that part. It is their responsibility. I also have another project to
finish and I can't handle both.
Like I said before I will keep an eye and I won't tolerate any changes regarding the
payouts.

I just wanted to post that PV informed me that they are moving funds to SP
and they started paying yesterday. I received an email from a member who received a payment. I will need to confirm
that but I'm pretty sure they started last week. I'm hoping they can pay the remaining members and start the second
round soon.
I will have my follow up call next Tuesday with them and I will post the update.

I had a call with the PV group last Friday and they informed me that they are doing
payouts and moving funds and that they will move faster once they finish with small investors.
I know that they
are going very slow but they are paying and they will continue to do so.
One thing that they
ask me is that if you already sent an email with your information please do not send more. This will give them more work.
Don't worry if you already sent the email they have your info. I have seen also members that are not going to the site to
read the updates in months and they send this email with threats. We are informing you but the only thing you need to do is
either come to this forum or go to the PV web site that is all.

Good Morning PV members. I wanted to inform that I receive reports
that members are receiving payments so that is a good sign and they will keep sending more. SP is slow processing the deposits
and you all know that so please let them work. We will see how February goes. I believe that as soon SP has everything workout
things will move fast. I know the frustration one day is one thing and the another one but we
are just going one way forward. I will keep an eye on the process and if I can help in any way I will try.

Morning PV members. I don't have a lot to report. Payments are going out and I'm trying to help people
to verify their information and payment. I think that we are moving OK, still slow but moving. I believe this will improve

First I need to admit that I was away from the PV process for the last 3 weeks because of family and work issues but
I'm back and still making sure things will be done. I received, review and confirmed all the
information sent by the members regarding the PV list. I think everything is ready. PV will resume the payments this week
and the list should be done. They will try also to finish with the small investors and them move up to the big ones. Once
the everyone is paid the first round which was a small amount they will evaluate if they continue with small amounts or full
payments or a mix. I just want to keep a constant flow of payments. I think that is the goal
so we can really see results. I will keep in touch. Have all a

I haven't had the time to really talk to the PV group in the last few weeks I just exchange emails with them. I'm going to
have tomorrow evening a conference call with the group and the rest of the partners to really have an update on the payout
situation and how things are going to move from now on. I can't come here every Sunday and not
have any results to report to the members. I have a list of topics to cover and I will report those later for
the members. I'm not going to stop working until this done as well. Have all

I wanted to informed that I had a conference call with the PV group. I just said one thing to them: I need money to show
results. I'm taking more control over this situation my time is very limited but I will do my best effort to put this project
on track again. It is my best interest to have this moving and show the members positive results
and I will. I will review the PV list and make sure every single member is there and we will start this thing again.

--------------------- 5/18/10 PV is a tough cookie.
They are trading and recovering but this is not a fast process and making all this money takes time but I feel that they took
advantage of my situation as well and I had enough. We are going to be on top of them 24/7 and we will push things so we can
recover every single dime. The plan is to finish payment with the people that didn't receive the initial $115 and then move
in to small groups with bigger amounts. 6/10/10 There will be an important update on

Good Morning PV members. After the situation with SP I think that using SP will present more problems.
The PV group have decided to go with LR. They will follow the list of members that haven't received
any payment yet and then will contact the rest of the members to ask for the LR account. Please don't send any emails they
will contact you. I will post next week more information regarding the payments. My legal team
had a meeting with PV last Friday to move this and make the appropiate changes soon so we can have this moving again. I will
give another update with the results of the meeting. Thank you. 7/11/10 Good
Morning PV members. I haven't post any updates about PV because I wanted to wait and see the reports
from them regarding how much money is in trade and how much money is recovered. Even when things are not 100% resolved we
believe they have the funds to continue trading and also to pay us. My attorney and I decided
to use a legal instrument not to start a proces against PV but to force them to legaly pay the members a monthly payment.
The attorney already put that in place and we are waiting for the court to proceed with PV. If PV doesn't follow the court
orders we will seize all funds and liquidate each member. I think they will follow it and we
will continue with the payments. I'm trying very hard to find a solution so we can have our funds back.
I will keep the members inform about this process. ------------------ 7/25/10 Good
afternoon PV members.
I just wanted to inform that the legal instrument is in place and sent to the PV group. The
court document forces PV to release the monthly returns to proceed with the payment in a regular and constant way. PV has
10 to 15 business days to follow the order. If they don't do that the court will proceed to recover all the funds.
We are using every legal tool we have to make sure we can recover our funds as fast as possible.
I will send
another report once waiting period is over and we have the response from PV. We will use two payment processors Alertpay and
Liberty reserve to distribute the funds. Both PP accounts are all ready set.
